Counterfeit Products and Services<\/h6>
Enquiry365 maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding counterfeit, fake, pirated, or unauthorized products and services.<\/p>
Users may not:<\/p>
Advertise counterfeit products.<\/p><\/li>
Sell fake branded goods.<\/p><\/li>
Use another company\u2019s trademark to mislead customers.<\/p><\/li>

Repeat Infringers<\/h6>

Account suspension.<\/p><\/li>
Permanent account termination.<\/p><\/li>
Legal action where applicable.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Counter-Notification Procedure<\/h6>
